About

Established in 2014, we have been catalyzing meaningful change on a global scale. The DuSarea Group is focused on fostering connections among a wide array of diverse cultures and communities. Our mission is to provide innovative and unconventional solutions that empower small groups faced with significant challenges in the global landscape, particularly those that arise from limited resources. We believe that by facilitating collaboration and sharing inventive strategies, we can help these groups overcome obstacles and drive positive transformation in their environments.

Vision

"Culture is the key." At the heart of our mission lies a profound commitment to understanding and nurturing the culture within any community we engage with. Our dedicated team places a strong emphasis on culture, recognizing it as the vital, ineffable essence that connects individuals and binds us together as a cohesive unit. The Dusarean process is a unique approach that involves immersing ourselves in the very fabric of the community we aim to serve. Before we can extend our hands to offer assistance, we first must become integral members of that community. It is through this deep engagement that we foster the most important alliances, creating lasting relationships built on trust and mutual understanding. In valuing culture, we lay a solid foundation for meaningful collaboration and impactful change.

Conflict

The world is constantly evolving, and with change often comes conflict. Many of our stakeholders are small communities that endure significant strife.

Consensus

At DuSarea, we strive to achieve consensus within these communities. A tough reality is that conflict can create a space where consensus emerges.

Community

If we can establish consensus and build community, we have discovered a path forward. The persistent vision of Dusarean revolves around this serendipity and synchronicity.

Focus Groups

Proxy Operations

Our primary concern is the inter-group complications arising from the influence of external actors on the global stage. As global activities expand rapidly, the capacity of large nations to impact smaller ones poses a significant challenge to human rights worldwide.

US democracy

The United States democracy is the longest-standing democracy in the modern world. Often referred to as "this great experiment," it serves as a valuable case study for observing the longitudinal changes and threats to democracy, reflecting its status as a global bastion of democratic ideals.

Disparity gaps

Humanity tends to believe that caste systems have been dismantled by democracy; however, whether through entrenched capital or rampant kleptocracy, caste systems still persist locally, often harming the most vulnerable.

Access to services

Eroding conditions within nations result in a loss of access to vital resources. Democracy and equality cannot prosper when access to basic human needs is compromised.

Current Areas of Interest

"The first oppression is the oppression of women."
~Ocalan, Democratic Confederalism.

In our first decade, we quickly recognized that many global conflicts stem from social structures that perpetuate gender inequity. While racism, classism, and caste systems contribute to the disparities we observe, the inequality in gender rights serves as a fundamental issue that we encounter in every arena of operation.

One of the major goals of the DuSarea Gorup is the unmasking of kleptocratic patterns in cultural oppression. The UN has observed that "Income inequality between countries has improved, yet income inequality within countries has become worse. Today, 71 percent of the world’s population live in countries where inequality has grown." We feel this has often ocurred due to oligarchical trends that disempower smaller ethnogroups.

While IGO's and LGO's can combat oppression in the global arena where democracy has faltered within nation-states, a far more daunting challenge lies in identifying and dismantling proxy actors that seek to amplify their influence in regions where oppressive regimes aim to extend their power. More often than not, this involves efforts to undermine community cohesion. TDG endeavors to address these divisions whenever possible.

The past decade has witnessed bold political changes that have often been influenced by the manipulation of public opinion through psychographic analysis and behavioral microtargeting. These memetic strategies have been associated with democracies shifting from egalitarian to authoritarian states, frequently without any public awareness.
